Returns

Refunds
If your item arrives damaged or broken, please email us at hellothetinycompany@gmail.com with the following: A clear picture of the damaged item and the packaging, Your name and order number.
Upon reviewing your request, we will issue a refund or offer a replacement, depending on your preference. Refund processing times may vary.
Refunds will be issued directly to the original payment-initiated media itself on our website.
Refunds or replacements are not provided for:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
- Lost mail (please ensure the shipping address is accurate when placing your order).
Cancellation of Orders
